I love eating chipotles. If I had only assessed that, I would give it five stars. unfortunately I was already at this place several times, and often I ordered online for picking up after work, etc. almost every time it is ready to eat almost an hour after the “guaranteed time”. recently I worked a 12-hour shift, ordered the food to be ready at 19:30 clock, came around 19:40 clock there, provided it has to be done, and I was in the load until 8:40 before my food was ready, and I was not the only person with this problem. the walls were fed with people waiting for her to eat. in the meantime the people would order and order in the line and get their food immediately. very frustrating.

Likes the vegan burrito I ordered the staff was not very friendly, and we had to bend them to give us a lower price if they did not have salat available.

I absolutely love the food at Chipotle. If I were only reviewing the food, I would give it 5 stars. However, I have been to this particular location multiple times and have had issues with online orders for pickup. Almost every time, the food is not ready until nearly an hour after the "guaranteed time". Most recently, after a 12-hour shift, I ordered my food to be ready at 7:30pm, arrived at 7:40pm expecting it to be done, and ended up waiting in the store until 8:40pm before it was ready. This was a common issue, as there were many other customers waiting as well. It was frustrating to see people who had just walked in to order get their food immediately while the rest of us had to wait so long.
