Bellacino's Pizza Grinders

It was a good surprise to find a this place outside of Gahanna Ohio. Great subs and pizza.

I ordered a French dip sandwich for takeout. When my girlfriend went to pick it up, she was informed that they were out of au jus. The employee suggested she buy beef broth from a store instead, as that's all it is. There was no offer of a discount or any accommodation. How can you have a French dip sandwich without anything to dip it in? Fortunately, I had a can of au jus at home. I have ordered from this restaurant a few times since it opened, mainly because it is the closest to me. However, each time I have been there, the staff appears uninterested in being there or offering any assistance. This is definitely not a good way to run a business.

The first time I ordered from this restaurant, the sandwich and onion rings were great. However, the last two times I ordered over the phone, I received a 1 1/2 inch grinder instead of the 4 1/2 inch grinder I requested. I didn't complain because I didn't want to wait, but I am a bit annoyed that my order was messed up twice in a row. The shop looks nice and the food is good otherwise.

I generally don't write reviews, but this was hands down the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. The bathroom didn't have a lock and was filthy, and the ravioli was so overcooked that the edges were crunchy. The only positive aspect was the wide selection of drinks on the coke machine. My boyfriend and I both were so turned off that we couldn't finish our meals and left half of our food behind.

The food was excellent and the staff, particularly the ladies, were very pleasant. I will definitely be returning to dine at this restaurant.
