Restaurant bewertenThe place was disgusting, tables looked like they haven't been wiped in a couple days and the floors were definitely not swept or moped.We didnt received all of the food we paid for and we're not gonna return.
Idk why but they refuse to do take out orders, you can call but they won't make your food till you arrive there and order it again. And the staff isn't very friendly or helpful in general. The cook on the clock during our visit definitely had an attitude problem.
I appreciate the changes Harmans corporations has made at this store, but if I'm completely honest- I can tell you that Aaron Smith was/is the catalyst of change that took this dumpy, offensive, and (frankly) disgusting excuse for a store to the delightful, welcoming and friendly atmosphere of today! The crew Aaron hired is also made of top tier, high quality humans!
Ordered an 8 pcs strip box with 4 biscuits and 2 coleslaw at the drive up window. What we got, one biscuit, small frys, a side of chicken nuggets. After 10 minutes of 4 of them trying to fix the order, we got 8 stripes, a side of nuggets, and one biscuit. No fork or spoon, no napkins, one straw, no sauce. What a soup sandwich.
I really like KFC, but in this establishment every time I have gone I have found terrible customer service, both in the self-service and inside the establishment, and I could notice that it is not only with me but also with others. arriving clients.
