Hidden costs. £1.70 for a bit of cheese on kids spaghetti Bolognese. Toping on salad £4 each on top of the £10 you pay for for the salad ... Just be careful when you order as you might be surprised with the end bill. Food is avarage. My opinion is that this palace is a very overpriced. I will not be eating there again. overcharged greedy

Very ordinary and average food at premium price , Rude staff , Well over priced and Plz check you Bill. I have been charged for items which I didn't even ordered . Menu shows items as meal but charged saperately. Better walk away.

Its a Cafe, but has more food options than you would expect. If you go in expecting a cafe then its great and 5*. Everything you need, and food is good quality. Plenty seating, and great place to take a break if you have a long day at Lakeside.

Two words, food contamination. Tuna jacket that had a piece of apparently “chicken” and “something woolly green” that we were told was spinach that had fallen in from a tray of pre prepared food. Member of staff didn’t see the issue with “chicken and spinach” being in a tuna jacket for a veggie.
