Fantastic dinner with fantastic friends My brother of brotherhood is now a Vermont native and spoke very much of SoLo and arranged for our reunification party from six to dine on one of their Thursday evening five course dinners. WOW is all I can say. Service fantastic wine fantastic ambience fantastic food all were served the same courses and each course differentiated in a delightful progression that was music to the taste buds. The pasta course was great as the duck breast was good... everything was great. The fixed menu price is expensive, but the culinary experience is worth it. Very recommended.

I don't exaggerate by saying that this is my favorite restaurant at all times. There are absolutely no details that will be overlooked during preparation, presentation and service of SoLo's food creations. We have eaten every bite from the house butter and freshly baked rolls to complex entrées and delicious desserts. Where else have you served your carefully selected fresh oysters with a fried onion granite that you could just eat with a spoon? Bacon's wrapped rabbit food served on Celeriac coffee infused logs, accompanied by celery pure clogs was not only one of the most delicate and tasteful dishes, but also looked like an artwork. Her homemade cucumbers Habanero Minze Sorbet seemed designed by someone who exactly the aroma release of each ingredient in a 's mouth....not amazingly short! A dinner at SoLo 's is a must for everyone who can appreciate the state of art food. Bravo!

Definitely eat here! Our friends who know southern Vermont well got a tough-to-get reservation at this place and it was amazing. Everything was fantastic all the way round the table, especially the apps. So fresh. So delicious. Didn?t love my lamb but everything else I tried made up for that.

This place was a really pleasant surprise. The food was outstanding, both in flavor and presentation. All the ingredients were extremely fresh and flavorful and the squid had a really nice Smokey flavor which I didn?t expect. Our waiter (Troy) was very knowledgeable and professional. He was also very attentive and I felt like he wasn?t rushed which was nice. The overall ambience was very warm and I felt like we were at a friends house for dinner. Overall great experience!!
