Restaurant bewertenWow, I’ve seen plenty of negative reviews, and I must admit that I might have skipped this location had I read them first. Luckily, that wasn't the case! I’ve visited Chipotle locations all over the world—Frankfurt, Germany; California; Texas; Florida; Ohio—literally dozens of them. This location, without a doubt, is the best Chipotle I've ever experienced. They drained the beans and salsa for all six of our orders without us even having to ask! My son ordered a double chicken bowl, and when it arrived, the staff member sent it back for more chicken. I was genuinely impressed! A special shoutout to Shayla at the register—you’re fantastic! Thanks to the amazing team for such a great experience. It definitely feels like things have improved since the previous negative reviews.
The service at this location was quick and friendly. The food was tasty, and I noticed that the steak here is a bit spicier compared to other Chipotle locations. I'm not complaining about that! It's just something I've noticed during several visits. My only concern with this location is that I received just a little over half a dozen pieces of steak in my bowl. This isn't the first time I've experienced a shortage of protein here.
I am consistently disappointed every time I order from this place. My sofritas always contain meat, which is completely unacceptable. The fajitas are undercooked—almost entirely raw. I also barely received any cheese, despite requesting extra. If I’m paying ten dollars for a bowl, I expect it to be properly prepared and meat-free, especially since I didn’t request meat. This experience is truly frustrating. Do yourself a favor and choose a different restaurant.
This was possibly the dirtiest restaurant I?ve ever eaten at in my 44 years. The staff clearly did not care either. I asked to have tables cleaned as every one of them was disgusting, she smeared the food around so I finished it myself. Every visible surface in the kitchen and serving area was covered in food. The trash cans are overflowing and the floors have been swept in possibly days. We were never greeted by anyone either. We are here from out of town but I would steer clear of this location until things are taken care of and changed. I love Chipotle! I have visited many locations, in Ohio and other states too, and the service and food is usually spot on and consistent. This was my third visit to the South Lebanon location since moving to the area and wanting to support my local establishments. Though the food is of the high quality I have come to expect from Chipotle, the service is very much below standard. Long lines and slow preping on the line have been frustrating to this hungry customer. It seems like I've walked into a movie on slow mode when I've been there. I know you can do better because I've experienced it at many other locations. Hope you can step it up before my next visit.
