Maverik Adventure's First Stop

I?m a frequent visitor at this maverik for Diet Coke runs. I?ve only ever had one customer service issue and Rachel, the store manager, was amazing at resolving the issue. Friendly staff and the best diet cokes around if ya ask me :

DOES NOT FOLLOW MASK MANDATE! I have been here two separate times and had people in the store chatting with cashiers without a mask on, the most recent time they were even talking about how all other stores throw them out for not wearing a mask. Maybe not following the mask mandate is a plus for some people but I will be reporting to the health department. A mandate is a mandate. Other than the above mentioned issue the store is great. It is like any other Maverik. For the time being I will be avoiding this store because of their unethical practices. Follow the mandate.

I do prefer Maverick gas stations and try to stop for gas and drinks and munchies. I end up using fhe facilities now and then and I am not too critical but the floor in this men's restroom just looks horrible. The acidic urine ruins the floor finish and leaves everything with a gross feeling. I recommend fixing it here and any other locale that has this type of floor treatment in the restroom. I have seen a few others that have it also. Otherwise, it is great as usual. Sorry, no pic of restroom floor, wouldn't want you to make u sick...

The cashier just hissed at me and rolled his eyes and mumbled under his breath because I paid With cash. I was confused so I asked Him if there was a problem and he hissed at me again and stared me down. It was The strangest thing that has ever happened to me by an employee somewhere.

It?s a Maverik. Nothing special, but they have pretty much everything you need. Problem with this location, however is there is a regular who sits outside the store every night chain-smoking, and drinking beer, with his face buried in his phone. He throws his beer cans on the ground, talks very loud and boisterously with his acquaintances, and has a filthy vocabulary. The other night there were two piles of vomit all over the concrete sidewalk near where he hangs out by the dumpster. They really need to do something about this obnoxious drunk.
