Restaurant bewertenThe ordering process was initially incorrect, resulting in me having to wait with cold food until the order was completed. To make up for the mistake, I was given extra fries. When I finally returned home with my complete order, the food was not warm anymore. Another issue arose when I opened my burger, only to find that it was missing the speck. After speaking with the manager, the only solution offered was a voucher for a free burger with speck on my next visit. I was disappointed by the lack of compensation for the errors and felt that the restaurant could do better to ensure customer satisfaction. Despite my negative experience, it seems that the restaurant still has a loyal customer base willing to overlook occasional mistakes.
I just wanted to eat with my wife before they get the kids out of school. so the journey went through. there are two big photos of huh big mac as they go. So we order this to say they don't have it. So why are they advertising this? we order big mac and do not ask tomato products in one of them. they say there are none. we have order and pay now. we'll eat home before we go out. only to find tomaten ketchup in mac. this is now binding as I can't eat it and now I'm making a quick sandwich. the only thing I could eat was salty chips there. Thank you. yate big for the food I couldn't eat and the lack of ease
Is the 3rd time that I order there and 2 first paints lacked 1-2 dings in my order I called back to tell them that they can not help, is not their fault, then I tried 2 months later and I ordered food for 60 £ I didn’t even...the half of my order I asked the supplier if there is everything she said yes and she went I opened my pockets 2 minutes later and later as
I wait an hour for my food and it was cold and had black flee on my riders and eating is not great
Silvio the manager and his staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. They are clearly not interested in customer service and I will never visit again after the pantomime they caused at the drive thru, early on Saturday evening. I can honestly say that I have...never been so badly treated. As far as I am aware the role of a retail manager is to smooth any difficulties encountered, Silvio does quite the opposite.
