Chili's Grill - South Elgin

The two waiters were excellent, and the food was fresh and delicious too.

I always enjoy visiting Chili's for their delicious molten lava cake and fantastic burgers. Today, my mom, a friend, and I went there to celebrate my friend's birthday, and everything was wonderful! The service, the food, and the atmosphere were all top-notch. Milan was our server for the night, and she was incredibly attentive and patient with us. I'm really grateful to have had her as our server, and I hope management recognizes her for being such an exceptional employee. Thank you, Milan, and thanks to everyone who served us and cooked the amazing food. You all deserve compliments and big hugs. Thanks again for making our experience so special!

Worst service I've ever experienced! I drove 10 miles to pick up the chicken nachos I ordered, and I am extremely disappointed with the result. I really wish I could share a photo of the food I received, which I wouldn't even feed to someone in need! When I spoke to the manager, they blamed it on "the new cook."
