Mcalister's Deli - South County

Service and cleanliness doesn't seem to be prioritized here anymore. Used to come to this Mcalisters often and never saw this happening until recently.

Waited full 43 minutes for my order. Not cool. If I had known it was going to take so long, I would not have ordered. Wish they had told me they were behind.

Unfortunately, the food is average at best and the app design is so poor that it’s nearly impossible to order ahead. I do not recommend McAlisters.

It's good the food is alright but sometimes old the employees are good and the atmosphere could have some work done.

Ordered 2 sandwiches waited 5 minutes for someone take my order. Was told that there was one one person working and to be patient which was understood. Then sat waiting for the food for about 30 minutes waiting, listening to what sounded like a group of women laughing and having a jolly time… Update finally got the food after just asking for a refund and not wanting the food anymore
