Mcdonald's - South Charleston

Food was good only got some hash browns and a shamrock shake for the wife (pregnancy cravings) they was a little busy and short handed it seemed but was working with what they had..and the atmosphere is like a classic McDonalds..side note I drove right past another McDonald's to go to this one because of the lack of service at the one close to me

The employees get testy when it's busy so be patient and don't be surprised if they yell in the kitchen. The food is still

This location needs to close until they can staff it properly. I ordered two sausage biscuits with eggs. I was told to park and wait as they didn’t have eggs. I waited 10 minutes, but had to leave to go to work. I called the store and spoke to someone and they stated I could pick them up another day. I kept my receipt and returned the following day. This time I went in the store. Same thing—-NO STAFF. I’m in line waiting and it has taken 20 minutes to get a basic order. I would’ve rated the food but I still haven’t received it. Grrrrr!!!

And every time I order the 2B quarter pounder with bacon they always forget the bacon but they always give me a free meal it's my favorite sandwich and I'm going to keep ordering

The food is often hit or miss but Michelle might just be the nicest person i’ve ever met. you cannot ask for better service.
