Bob Evans - South Charleston

I placed an online order and it took about 45 more minutes than it was supposed to get it. The excuse was they were waiting on corn and French fries. Serious? 45 extra minutes to fix corn and French fries????

We always enjoy having our breakfast at Bob Evans. Sometimes it's a little slow to get seated, but the food is very good. The service is excellent too. We have become regular customers on the weekends.

It was about an hour before closing when we showed up. They were short staffed but with some patience we had a very great experience. They were down to one server but she did a fantastic job! She said it was her day off but she volunteered to come in and help. She was amazing! The staff was frustrated but still managed to treat everyone like they were family. I live in Michigan but we will be back to this restaurant again.

Great food, great service. We got there around 8, and they close at 9. The server was very nice (she was the only one for the rest of the night). The food was made right and pretty timely for the time of day and for how busy they were. The only thing bad was the bathroom. It was a mess and water everywhere. It was usable and toilets were good. Would be 5 stars otherwise.

Super friendly staff, good food, clean environment. Love it!
