The Old Post - South Burlington

Surprisingly good! After I have eaten a few days here and tried a lot of food, I can say it's all great. the staff is very friendly, fast to get drinks / food, and are very helpful. the menu has a good few items from which you can choose and there are no wrong answers. the special menu changes every day and would recommend trying some of them. the environment is slow and relaxed, which is a beautiful plus. highly recommended and will definitely be back for more!

From the outside it looks just like any other bar, and the inner does nothing to expel this. the dame behind the bar was however very friendly and helpful to offer the cripple of the water we needed after a bike tour. eating was also much better than typical bare food. my wife has met with gusto in her cäsersalat and the burgers and fries or wobbles were equally good. Although I didn't try it or count it, I was impressed to see that they had about 20 plus beer on the hook. the music was pleasant and not too loud, which allowed a simple conversation. the toilets were clean and well maintained. random chance brought us to the old post, but I'm glad it did.

One of the best bars I've ever made. great food, super service. cannot remember my bartender names, but she was the best bartender I ever had! highly recommended.

Most amazing bar host and eat in our 10-day trip through vermont, new hampshire and maine. the prices were great, eating was fabulous and the conversation was so hospitable. highly recommended.

Best wings in town! Great portions for the quality and price. The old post hits the sweet spot and we go regularly now! It never fails to be delicious.
