Restaurant bewertenStopped through on a road trip, excited to see a spot for healthy vegan food along the way. I ordered the eggplant and string beans thinking this was a safe health option. It deep fried, oily, and drenched in the sweetest sauce I have ever tasted. It was like melted candy. The orange setain ordered by my partner was even sweeter. (we expect a little sweetness, but at a healthy place, really?? He ate three pieces before giving up and then it made him nauseous once we started driving and we had to pull over so he could throw up. We really expected something healthy, or at least edible. Kim chi was the only thing worth getting. Super disappointing.
Having celiac, I called in advance and asked questions to be sure I’d have options. They assured me I did. They even had gluten free items labeled on the menu. Upon inquiry though, many of the labeled items were not gluten free. I asked what they could safely make and they said summer rolls. I got them and they assured me the sauce was gluten free. It was definitely not, I had a terrible reaction before even paying. I would not recommend this establishment for anyone with food allergies, as they are not familiar with or serious about gluten sensitivity.Vegetarian options: All vegan menuDietary restrictions: I would not suggest this for anyone with a food allergy at all.
Love love love it here. The scallion pancakes are a go to every time. My partner loves the Wontons. Pictured is the general tsos (order extra crispy for that crunch) and Malaysian Curry stew (so good and mild spice).Have tried so much here. You get so much for your money and everything always tastes fresh.Vegetarian options: Everything is vegan.
I had a lunch kung pao protein special delivered via third party app. It was still hot, fresh, flavorful, and overall pretty tasty. Would recommend.
All the food is vegan which is always such a comfort. The singapore noodles are really good! I enjoyed the vegan sushi and the vegan crab Rangoon as well!!
