Restaurant bewertenOrdered food online at 530pm eventually after phoning twice my partner made his way to the shop at 930pm. The Chinese gave him his food after he left his phone to come home and make sure it was paid. I told him it was and armed with the receipt and my card transactions I showed them It had been paid. The guy refused to give me my phone back. He phoned his card company who informed him that yes the transaction was paid at 524pm when the order was placed online. I eventually got my phone back over an hour later once he accepted that the order was indeed paid for online and after the police spoke to him informing him that he could not keep my phone! STAY WELL AWAY, OUR ORDER WAS A SUBSTANTIAL ONE AT £36.00. WE NEVER GOT A DELIVERY AND WERE ACCUSED OF NOT PAYING IT.
3/11/19 I phoned a delivery and I waited over a hour and a half on a Sunday may I add, I am extremely disappointed, no discount or anything was offered!!
I really enjoyed the food from this restaurant, but when I got home, I realized that they gave me a chicken curry instead of a chicken fried rice for my 8-year-old daughter. I called to complain and asked if they could send out the correct dish. They said yes, but I would have to return the curry and pay an additional £4 for their mistake. I don't think that's fair at all. Who would want a dish that had been returned by another customer? Jasmine, please reconsider your policy.
During our golfing break in the west of Scotland, we visited Jasmine based on recommendations and were very impressed. The food was delicious, the staff were friendly and attentive. If I find myself in Girvan again, I will definitely return to this restaurant.
Ordered delivery and food was 30 mins late. Food was stone cold, the little bit of food that was slightly warm was rubbery and unedible. Phoned to complain but staff could not have cared less. Will not be returning.
