Femmena - SORRENTO

Recently we had the absolute pleasure of eating twice at Imma 's restaurant 'Femmena ' at the Hotel Del Corso in Sorrento. The food was fresh and incredibly tasty. So good in fact that we spent most of the night just saying 'OMG ', 'this is amazing ' and 'Wow '! The food was locally sourced and the dishes were all traditional to the area. The first night was a 5-course seafood extravaganza (with the most amazing tomato I 've EVER eaten) and the second night was a 3-course vegetarian delight. Imma is a fantastic host, incredibly talented, friendly and generous with her knowledge of local cuisine. She came 3rd in Masterchef Italy but really should have won!!! Ellen Simon
