Burger King - Somerset

I specifically visited the drive-thru to order a Spicy Chicken Sandwich, and this is what I received. It was bitter due to excessive salt and overly greasy. If you can't deliver what you advertise and maintain quality, I recommend closing some franchises and focusing on providing the level of food we expect. I don’t think I want to eat at Burger King anymore.

The staff here appeared somewhat unfriendly when it came to accepting coupons. I made two orders—one for myself and one for a friend—but the second order was rejected because I had already used a coupon for the first one. I suggest visiting the Livingston location instead, as the staff there are much more welcoming.

The restroom was so clean that it prompted me to stop in for a bite to eat, and the staff were very friendly. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and hope it remains this way.

The food was delicious, and my special requests were taken care of flawlessly.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and even customized my order to suit my preferences. The service was outstanding, and I applaud them for it!
