Starview Diner - Somerdale

They are permanently closed as of 1/2/2024 when I called today, the woman who answered the phone told me. Amy’s Omelette House will be taking over soon.

Place has plenty of seating. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Food was delicious!! Definitely going to be our new spot! Kid-friendliness: Staff was great!! Even very kind to the children

WORSE Diner I been to in years. Food was prepared wrong. The Drink I ordered was lite on the Rum that was supposed to be in it. The French Fries were over cooked.Glad to say I will never return, even if the trip is free.

Great place, staff, and food. Very friendly and your cup of coffee is always full. My late Grandmom's favorite Diner. Going to miss this place. It was the annual, traditional July Diner of the month for many years with my Mom in honor of my Grandmom. But I had to go back to it one more time as the StarView Diner. So for 2023, it was the July and December Diner of the month. I'll miss the atmosphere, great staff, always warming up your coffee with a refill, and the decor too was beautiful. 1st went there with my Grandmom 15 years ago after church on some Sundays. Last time going there was today. I might check it out as Amy's Omelette House but it's not going to be the same. Farewell StarView Diner. And thank you

The food was great, my eggs were cooked perfectly. (Not many diners cook over easy eggs right, I like the whites cooked with the yolk runny) we are always seated right away and the waiters and waitresses are always so friendly! Would highly recommend this diner.
