Restaurant bewerten*Hit and run* It's unfortunate that after all these years of ordering to have a simple mistake not taken care of. During a delivery when my entire family is out front of our house, pizza driver blocks neighbors driveway but when leaving their driver backs into our car and takes off. A loud noise heard on all three cameras aiming at the cars. As well 3 eye witness. Had to call police as when we called Marcos immediately they then said manager would call us back. Driver knew they hit something since they got out, looked at their own car and left as seen in the footage. After an hour driver returned refusing to give us insurance info(wanted to pay for out of pocket) at this point manager called us at first stating they'd give us the business insurance then redacted it. We eventually got the drivers info after starting per cvc. We went got the estimates and presented since front light and bumper are damaged. 2 weeks go by and we are out of town and the driver shows up at our residence with unknown person to do a private inspection. Unannounced, uninvited and unwelcome. This is out of line. First off, this driver can't follow the directions for our delivery, nor handle business professionally. Here we are 2 months later and insurance still won't get back to us. I wanted to restrain from blasting it here because I wanted to still order in the future. At first it was just the principle of it, now it's just got to be handled.Parking: Delivery drivers are reckless and can't follow directions.
I order from this restaurant a lot because I love their pizza, but I refuse to give them anymore of my money. They delivered a pizza that was not freshly made. I would know the difference because I order from them often. I called and explained this to the manager George. He responded as if he didn’t care and said we will need the pizza returned (which I initially offered because we don’t want to eat an old pizza), and stated we won’t receive the pizza for another 3 hours. If this is the way you treat your valued customers, then I will not tolerate this treatment. Otherwise, their food is good but maybe try another location for better quality service.
Pizza is very consistent and delicious. I order from here once every 2 weeks. Highly recommended. Employees are hard workers.
Been ordering from here for a few years , the aptitude of people answering the phones has been rapidly declining for a year now , every time i call its a different problem. You're hiring a text message generation to answer the phones . I'm done with this place .
0 stars for the Hemet location myself and my room mate went inside around 6 pm on June 25 to order a couple of pizzas ,and there was at least 5 employees inside we waited about 10 minutes and not a single person acknowled us standing at the counter and at least 2 employees walked up to the front and didn't even acknowledge that we were standing there like we were invisible not even we will be right with you just total ignore ,this use to be my choice of pizza in Hemet so I will get a hold of Corporate of Marcos that they lost two customers this is very rude i work with the public myself and and at least I acknowledge them and not just leave them standing there at the counter with out so much a word.
