Skeets - Snyder

I’m not a local nor have I ever been to this restaurant. My family came here to meet half way to have lunch together. We were not disappointed with service. The food was surprisingly good. I recommend the fried pickles, fajitas, peppered steak, fries, chicken tenders, and seafood dishes. The service was friendly and fast. Walking in, you wouldn’t think to have a decent experience. I would come here again, no doubt.

Friendly staff and very good food, though much of the menu offerings are fried! But you can get salads and baked potatoes! Their battered fries and onion rings are really good! My biggest complaint is cleanliness issues and there were a lot of flies that I had to keep swishing away while eating! I know they come through the front door , which opens and closes a lot because they do stay busy, but they should have something in place to control them!

From the reviews it seems that this place is either hit or miss. I personally enjoy this place. Burgers are good, steaks are good I enjoy the chicken and how they cook it here. If there is ever a problem, from my experience, the staff does everything they can if you are respectfully communicating the problem to take care of the customer. Also roasted food is good! Oil is tensed every other day if it is not drained. They ruin the fried food on site.

This was my very first time here and I love the chicken fried steak with baked potato with fixings and garden salad. It was amazing. It was busy and wishing They had make bigger table for family for 6. The time visit we had hubby me and three kids. They gave kids cup lid little to big I think. I thank goodness its Water what they had. Hubby eat here before. I even took my chicken fried steak home. It was good with my breakfast that next morning. Yummy in our tummies. Thank you Skeet's!!

Recommended by our hotel, we had a short waiting period as they really did at dinner on a Weds Nite. Friendly staff, good service. No alcohol served, but it's BYO. The food was great.
