Texas Roadhouse - Slidell

Great service! We stopped for lunch. I ordered a steak that was a bit more inconspicuous than I want. My waitress Winter, was an absolute pleasure and very accommodating. She took the steak to cook it to my wishes. The Manager Payton returned with a new steak cooked in the same way. I accepted and told her it was good, but she wanted to do it right! I appreciate them for it! Great customer service! Go on!

It took a little longer than expected to be seated, but I expected that on a weekend. Food came out fast, and good.

Had a dinner at this Slidell location last night. Food was good, but we were shocked to find out our car parked in the parking lot was hit and seriously damaged at the right side of back bumper after the dinner (around 9pm). We parked our car directly facing the front entrance of the restaurant. Surprisingly, no one reported this hit and run incident nor the restaurant staff was aware of the incident. We reported this incident immediately to the manager and her response was that nothing the restaurant could do since NO outside security cameras were installed in this restaurant. We were very surprised that No outside security cameras to ensure the safety and security of the customers in their parking lot. We suggest customers need to be concerned with their cars when coming to eat in the Texas Roadhouse Slidell location.

Always good ribs and burgers here. Ordered the bacon cheeseburger wrapped in lettuce to make it keto friendly.

I visited there on November 8th, there was a 30 minute wait, just to get in.This 4:30pm. It was extremely crowded and employees were very busy. So, there was a wait to order, once our order was placed, their was so more waiting. Our hostess was very nice and attentive. Once our food arrived, everything was excellent. The ribeyes was cooked to perfection. Our appetizers were delicious and the drinks, (lemonade strawberry) was delicious. Sometimes it pays to wait for great food and service!!! Kudos to all the staff.
