Restaurant bewertenPerfect fish, good mood, even accessories, good wine, seating evenly, service evenly, no possibility to reserve table
Smiley service and delicious food. Despite great busyness Saturday night, the service was top. Delicious charcoal and a good pancake
Lovely little perl in Bisserup. Only open in the summertime and not every day. Food is homemade and the seating outside has a wonderful view. Not possible to make reservation just show up and maybe wait a little bit. Highly recommendable.
I travel to Copenhagen annually to visit family who lives there. I am admittedly biased for loving Copenhagen since I have been visiting there since young age. However, this time, my cousins decided to take me out for a special treat at Fiskebaren (maybe because one of them works as a sommelier there). The restaurant itself is not huge but it is not stuffy either. It consists of crowds of all ages. The food was simply amazing. My cousin and I shared everything from start to finish, and we loved every single dish. All the dishes were carefully executed and beautifully presented. One of the dishes had peas as accents and until that point, I have never truly tasted real peas before. We had the privilege of touring the kitchen. The kitchen is small but streamlined and without a speck of dust. Each staff there had their own role and they carried their own weight. We were also blessed to be sitting next to the dessert station and had the opportunity to observe how the sweet goodness is made and presented. Please, drop by if you are ever in Copenhagen!
An old time favourite and the place to return to each year during the spring and Summer. The menu varies each day depending on the catch yet one dish is always on the card: The fish soup and always served steaming hot with home made bread. If for nothing else I go to this little village just for this soup. The surroundings are beautiful if one like the view of country side and fjord. Table and chairs are not pretentious at all and it's not a place to hang out for the entire evening. The serving is honest as well: Fully booked; very slow yet quality of the dishes remains high. I highly recommend this place if you fancy a real old fashioned fish bar
