Restaurant bewertenMy family really enjoyed this place because they offer gluten-free rolls for the burgers. I ordered a vanilla shake, but I wasn't very impressed with it. Overall, I think it's a solid fast food option. The French fries were delicious—hot and fresh!
I love this Red Robin. My mom is 70 and has Alzheimer's disease. She's in the early stages, but has a hard time getting her words out, so I always order for her, but I also have to try to let her speak for herself, because it's important for her to do so. Anyway, my point in writing this is because she and I go to this location about 2-3 times a month. We always somehow get lucky enough to have Amanda as our server. Amanda is awesome. She knows our orders by heart, which I personally appreciate, because I was a server for 13 years, and I used to pride myself on remembering returning guests' orders. I'm not sure if Amanda knows that my mom has Alzheimer's, but my guess is she can tell there's something a little off. What I also appreciate is how nice and patient she is with my mom when she asks her questions; especially when it takes my mom a couple more seconds than usual to answer. I always do the extended surveys online, but I'm not sure if any managers at this location ever tell Amanda that she gets shoutouts. I hope a manager sees this and relays this message to her. Thank you, Amanda, for always being so great to me and my mom, AND tonight with my nephew and his double helping of mac cheese! My mom and I will see you soon, ready for our Diet Cokes, Keep it Simple, and Bacon Cheeseburger on a GF bun. Thank you!!!
We left after 30 minutes without being seated. The restaurant had very few tables seated but told us it would be 20-30 minute wait. Apparently the kitchen was prioritizing filling takeout orders and in restaurant customers were second priority.
We've been here many times but not since the pandemic started until today. They did great through the first two years of the pandemic with takeout orders but we thought it was time to dine in again especially since our 4-year old was too young to remember coming here pre-COVID. We had an absolutely wonderful time and the staff was welcoming and the food was great. Sachelle was a great server and Anthony made and delivered our dessert with care. I know the kids will be begging to come back soon!
Service was good the food was terrible. Fries were so under cooked they were mushy and still cold on the Inside. Ordered 2 of our meals bunless they both came with out any sauce the meat was placed on top of a slice of tomato, rendering it warm and mushy. Won't go back EVER
