Chick-fil-a - Sioux City

Ordering online is pointless, we ordered 20 minutes before we arrived and still had to sit in line for 15 minutes... Not only that once I got to the front of the line at least 4 people behind me got their food first. Hard to understand their processsince they eliminated the carry out option

They do a great job getting customers taken care of with a smile and focus on customer service. I love the waffle fries and they are always hot and cooked right. Thanks for your hard work

I took my daughter to the drive-thru she already knew what she wanted but I did not. One was very very long and they had people out there taking the orders. I told the lady that my daughter knew what she wanted but I did not. She told me she did not have amenu. He went through a couple of things like she was in a rush. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich which I really didn't wantbut I took it anyway.. I felt I was being rushed through.. I was it's very disappointed in my meal but my daughter liked hers.

Have never had a bad meal. Ever. Staff members are clearly trained to be friendly, but it doesn’t come across as fake. Seems people like to work there. Great food.

The Chic-fil-A in Sioux City is run like a well oiled machine. Awesome customer service and GREAT FOOD. We stop every time we get to Sioux City.
