We discovered this farm a little by chance (it is not much reported), between the pine forest of chief comin. The club is run by young Sardinians. The fixed menu (30 euros) includes a rich starter of land, two first ones, and the characteristic Sardinian pig with contour. Coffee and liquor drinks are included in the price. I recommend it! Just remember to book the previous day
We were invited by friends to dinner and we were pleasantly welcomed by the owner with a local aperitif i.e. an excellent Vermentino. Dinner, from appetizers with typical meats and cheeses to ricotta ravioli with meat sauce to follow the porcetto and fruit composed of grapes and figs of india all watered with a canonau of the place and a good glass of myrtle and Abba ardente. I highly recommend to those who want to taste the true and simple Sarda cuisine.
We stayed in the farm for 2 nights in the week of August. The property is surrounded by greenery, and is a 2-minute drive from the beautiful beach of the dunes of Cape Como. The room, a pó buia, had the necessary room to sleep, with a comfortable mini fridge and air conditioning and small stendino immediately outside; it would have been very convenient to have more support points like a chair and a coffee table. The exteriors showed little care, perhaps with a simple pavement would have been a little more decorative. Breakfast is not a buffet, it is served directly at the table by the staff, generally with yogurt and homemade jams, brioches and cakes, which I particularly enjoyed. We couldn't taste their cuisine, because in those two nights they didn't serve dinner, and I was sorry. The staff was friendly, proved kind and helpful. Regarding our experience we recommend it to all those people who need a comfortable base to visit the beautiful beaches of the area.
We had booked 3 days in advance but when we arrived we had the impression that they didn't even remember the booking. There was nothing ready and in the dining room lights off and a very strong smell of DDT. The impression was so negative that we came away immediately without eating!
