Outstanding service from Willie at City Chain Bedok Mall outlet. I went to the shop to get my battery replaced and was a little upset as the hour hand on my watch was slightly off the alignment. He went the extra mile to help me with the adjustment and was friendly as well as professional throughout the service. Thank you once again for making my day Willie! Well done!!!

I was there yesterday alone, just to bring back my sweet memories with my late mom. She has passed away 1 week ago. This is the place where I used to bring her there. She had her fav food and drinks. Thank you so much Bedok Mall, for allowing me to leave my message here.

It is a convenient place for food and shopping. I have my business meetings there almost everyday. Love this place. Awesome!

GOOD and nice shop .. everything is available and easy to buying things were needed. Somemore got free shuttle bas to IKEA. Suggested if got free shuttle bas go to EXPO is more good and best place BEDOK.
