My first memory of Shima dates back to the year 2000, characterized by its dim lighting on the second level. The atmosphere was serene and elegant, with a sense of sophistication as patrons spoke in hushed tones...
For lunch, I opted for the buffet and it was a great choice. There was a delightful selection of oysters available, which I believe were complimentary. I thought I could finish everything during my first round, followed by extra orders of beef, oysters, and salmon, but it turned out to be impossible. The first round was so satisfying and of such high quality that I was completely full and couldn't order anything more. The food quality was excellent, and the staff was efficient, attentive, and friendly. Overall, it was definitely worth the money.
A great lunch experience! Each dish was served promptly, fresh, and uniquely seasoned. It was the perfect selection for hungry customers. The all-you-can-eat buffet is an excellent offering, and the staff was wonderful. We concluded our meal with a delicious vanilla ice cream for dessert.
