Frankie's Ny Pizza Five Forks

Don't know what happened but I was extremely disappointed with the large pizza I ordered last night, hardly any toppings on it and crust was a little underdone. I really expected more for the $33.08 I spent. First and last time I get a pizza from here.

Waited 1hr+ and was passed up by 20 guests for a cheese pizza. Don't not recommend

We used to eat at another location all the time. It was our favorite pizza for years. We’ve eaten at this location a few times before and it was always fine. Our last order was absolutely unacceptable. The pizza was dry and greasy. But the wings…what in the world?!? They were so dry and had a weird sweet but super spicy dry rub on them that wasn’t fully cooked in. I have never seen wings so overcooked. And I thought they gave us ranch instead of blue cheese by accident because the blue cheese was so watery and weird. I can’t imagine ever eating here again. $50 for complete garbage. Whatever has happened, please change it all back!

Pizza was excellent. Service has issues. Delivered the wrong order the first time. Called and explained the problem and was assured by the manager it would be corrected. He was friendly and accommodating. The correct pizza arrived about an hour later and the driver was about as unfriendly as you can get. He was clearly irritated that he had to fix someone else's mistake and had no interest in being apologetic or even nice. So unfortunate that a good pizza restaurant drops the ball at the final contact with their customers.

Excellent pizza…. Handmade, homemade crust. You can taste the generations in this pizza, the love in the baklava, and the service is great
