Pho Bay Ii - Silverthorne

Fast and tasty eating though $16 for a small bowl pho and $6 for coffee a bit steep seems friendly service!

This place serves less than average Vietnamese food. The flavors and ingredients aren't super great and too vastly different from their advertised photos on their menu.Colorado probably isn't the place to be looking for super authentic Vietnamese food, but definitely don't come here if that is what you're seeking.

This was a great place to go to after skiing. When we arrived we thought there were long lines but the line was pretty quick. We ordered the XL combination pho and it absolutely hit the spot. The Thai tea was pretty good, normally other places it's really sweet but it was good here.

It was very soothing to have a big bowl of pho with tendon, brisket and veggies after a day of snowboarding! I like the clear broth and vegetables tofu toppings. The chicken wings with house special fish sauce might be too salty.

We have ordered takeout over the past few years and everything we've ordered is very good (soups, pho, bun, tofu app, everything). The only thing that limits our visits is the use of styrofoam takeout containers. I hope Pho Bay will consider using more sustainable containers. That aside, the food is tasty and authentic and we will continue to support this gem of a restaurant in Summit County!
