It's a fun time capsule, coffee can be hit or miss and staff does not care whether or not you like your coffee. The apathy is refreshing!
I was driving by and decided stop by at Greenberry’s cafe to grab something cold and…Walked in, ordered mid Nitro Salted Caramel, customer service was neutral, went to pick up my coffee, holly cow ?, at least 20bugs around pick up are flying and enjoying the atmosphere lolcoffee taste, customer service, an hour WiFi connection and … I don’t think I would consider this location or give another chance!y’all have lot of room for improvement! aaa lottt! If you care about your customers, take action and do something, otherwise you can’t compete with others…good luck ??
I was looking for a coffee shop in the McLean area and stumbled upon Greenberry's! Came here on a Saturday morning and got a latte which was pretty good. It was packed which is expected for a Saturday morning. I wish it was slightly bigger inside cause all of the tables were taken. The staff was really friendly and patient when taking my order. I'll be coming back to try their nitro cold brew!
Absolutely love the service here. All these bad reviews about the service are questionable because I have never had a bad experience. The coffee is a bit pricey but makes sense for being a small company but you get great quality!Food: 5/5
Customer service is really bad. Most of the staff are very young and untrained.Food: 5/5
