Callahan's Steak House - Siloam Springs

Steak was fatty, with a lot of grisl. It was my Birthday, dissatisfied. Salad was small, they could do better. Before they closed temporarily, it was fantastic. Deserts we took home were horrible, mushy,like they had water in them. Met 2 other colleagues flew into Tulsa for a meeting Fayetteville. One is a big steak aficionado. We stopped for dinner. The ribeye and NY strip steaks were very good. We had a good meal with great service. Will definitely stop in again next time we are passing through. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I've had Callahan's a few times and they have always been spot on with the food. Not once have I gotten something from there and been displeased.
