I would like to talk to a person responsible for the service I had on Sunday, it was so bad that I would like to be heard because nobody took care of this day. the hostess was so out of line.

We called and said they might not accept reservations. but when we arrived, they said they took reservations, but wait full and an hour. heard well is good, but if we were faced with a hostess with attitude, we went to ten acres where. the hostess, server and manager were sibevif best ever serve kapuze and great customer service. no survival for these tourist and lixal friends.

Had exceptional service by ian and noticed his care and engagement, not only the customers but his home team. very impressed by his professional decor. delicious food, recommend the hühnerburger and the lammburger.

The location is beautiful some tables have a sea view. large caesar salate, pommes and gf calamari. service by darragh was more extraordinary thanks

I'm a repeat customer and I love this place. Tried the one next door rum runner (ironic name) they rejected us like third class citizens while supporting authoritarian governments. Go here to the Surly Mermaid; we have for years and it is the only...place you want to go on the Marina side of Sidney now. Wonderful service, great food, clean and comfortable atmosphere! They don't discriminate against people either which is wonderful!
