One of my favorite places to go for a healthy option in south Lincoln Park. Simple choices, but all executed very well. The portion size is not the biggest but reasonable for a light lunch.

Quick and easy lunch spot to grab food to bring into the Lincoln Park Zoo. While the menu options are fairly standard for a cafe, the food was fresh and pretty taste, and service was quick.

The food quality in terms of ingredients is, of course, superb. However, I got a coffee with a soup and sandwich combo for nearly $20 and it was literally a children’s size meal. I don’t know how the rest of the portions work but I was still hungry after my meal. I should have taken a picture of it but you would’ve needed a magnifying glass to recognize my lunch. I have no doubt that the local neighborhood folks could not care less about the prices given the location of this spot, but man, it didn’t even taste that good. With every bite I took I wished I had gone to Panera.
