Restaurant bewertenAs a person who likes to do hibachi for me and my family holds some weight. It felt more like the cooks wanted us out of the way than they had to entertain us with their skills. Beverages were on the point, but I felt like the food had no season. Everything just felt hurried.
We visited this restaurant on a not so busy Friday night. We sat in front of a dirty grill that still had pieces of food on our side of the table together with food on the cooking side of the table. Then the plates we were given were oily. Then the waiter who took our order rushed through and was very impatient with us. Shortly after that, when the cook came out, he gave me and my partner very small portions compared to all others at the table and when we talked about it, he got extremely rude with us. I said literally? Isn't that serious? He continues to be intelligent with my partner and even to say? Oh, how do you know how to speak English well? I don't know because she's black or what. But that was disgusting. So I went and told the manager. Who did nothing. We will not return to this facility. I had no good experience.
This place used to be the best. We ordered hibachi to go dinner and it was the worst. the portions were so small, the chicken in two of the commands was hard and they grounded another order that should have shrimp, but came with chicken. the salad had no ginger dressing. When I was there to get the food, it was already cold and they said 30 minutes, maybe I came there in 25 minutes. the salad had no dressing, the food had no taste at all, we were lucky to taste the yam-yum sauce on the food. we will never come back here, because everything has gone down completely. I'd give it 0 stars if I could.
I'm allergic to avocado. I placed my order and informed them specifically about my food allergy. The entrance did not give an avocado. To my surprise when I came home, Avocado was in my role. It wasn't the first time I experienced it. I need a new sushi spot or I need to learn to make sushi. Beyond disappointed.
This used to be our favorite place, now since Covid the prices have gone up and the portions are smaller. Our chef at the grill just came out cooked the food and was done, didn?t even talk. I ordered filet and they brought out New York strip I did correct it but had to wait. For $280 I wasn?t pleased!! 2 stars because the food still tasted great but everything else has gone down hill
