Chilli Spice - Shropshire

I just ate. we received a message to say that the food had arrived, and so it was to check out outside, but unfortunately nothing had been delivered. we called the restaurant to ask what happened, and then they called the delivery driver while we were on the phone. we could hear the dame that cried the food and sweared at the person in the restaurant that was terrible. we spent minutes walking around our local roads in the cold try to find the van that is lost in a village miles away. while we were on the phone, the person in the restaurant began to call the driver because she had gone to the wrong place. very professional! we tried to cancel the order and get a refund as it was now an hour and a half since the order, but the restaurant flat out refused and suspended on us! absolutely shocking experience from beginning to end. we usually love chili seasoned, but this is a totally unacceptable way to treat customers. we will not order again and encourage others not to do it either. save the disappointment!

It took almost hours to deliver after it was told within the hour. when I followed for hours, it was said: “We are very busy, I will know”. quality of food was also so. fear is not going to be back.

We have ordered a few times with collection the curries are very watery but hot. On collection food always cold. I ordered a garlic chilli chicken dish and collected when I got home it was a prawn curry. When I phoned and asked if it...was the wrong meal they said they couldn’t replace it so I explained I don’t eat fish and it was not what I ordered they were not friendly at all. I won’t be returning.
