Tokyo Japanese Steakhouse - Shreveport

Took forever to get seated (party of 7), said they only had one server. Food was great as usual.

Very disappointed today normally everything is very good. I did a to go order for steak and chicken with double rice no vegetables. I got home and only had steak, vegetables, and rice no chicken or my double rice. Called as soon as i realized and basically they didnt try to accommodate the situation even tho they knew they gave me the wrong order. They need new policies for these situation because the one in play now is unacceptable

This used to be our favorite until today. My family and I went to eat around 1:30 PM and our experience was not very pleasant. The old lady who serves our food was rude. It seems like her gesture wanted us to leave quickly as soon as possible. I asked for the menu the second time to add an order, the old lady told me “What menu? we are about to close”. She's strict and not very friendly to customers. They could have told us at first so we can find another place to eat. We're not happy and we … – show

The staff was friends and service was good. However, other big factors for choosing a place is the cleanliness and taste of the food. The food did not taste good or was what we expected to with the high rating. Why some many flies? We took our left overs and could bring ourselves to eat them, so we got Sonic instead: . I would not recommend this place to people who have eat at Japanese restaurants outside Shreveport.

I would recommend to the owner of the place — please put table clothes to achieve 5 stars for quality of food and services. I like it and will suggest it to all other customers.
