El Cabo Verde - Shreveport

This place has an extremely good fresh taste in every plate we tried. The pork tamale and the camarones al mojo were so full of flavor, that they were exquisitely tasteful. The fried plantains dress up any plate choice. We will definitely be back soon.Christian (Nov 2021)

We really wanted to love this place. As a vegan family visiting from out of state this was one of the only vegan friendly spots open on a Sunday.We waited almost 2 hours only received their complimentary chips some drinks. We arrived hungry left hungry. Our children were most disappointed.They told us the delay was due to the big party of people inside but we saw them serve multiple guests that had arrived after we placed our order.The one star is for the lemonade tamrind tea both tasted good.

Came with a party of 7 adults and 1 child. Food came fast, hot and DELICIOUS! Margarita was fresh and equally tasty. Service was impeccable. Overall, a great experience.

Best spinat enchiladas I've ever eaten! what a taste! chips were light, not greasy. good portion sizes, friendly and attentive staff. beautiful first visit with many more coming.

I loved it absolutely! steven and I went to lunch and it was one of the best Mexican food I ever had. they have two different types of salsa and they get their own small bowl chips! the case that we had one of the best I had. I think steven got the carne asada, but I could be wrong what it means, but it was really good! I have the gays with grilled tweepers in guacamole above. it came with tears and drilling. I was really upset when I couldn't finish my second taco because all chips, salsa in queso ate. lol wants to tell family and friends about this place and we are going back in any case.
