Starbucks - Shorewood

Excellent service!! Would highly recommend to anyone!!

Highly disturbed and disappointed.My mother who is 70 years old came to this Starbucks. When she entered she asked to use the washroom. She was told she had to order something before the code could be given. She responded she promised to order something but was having a bathroom emergency. The girl behind the counter (6:30 PM May 31st 2023) responded that it was the rules to order first then the code could be given. My mom who again- is 70 years old- laid down her credit card and said “please” and the girl continued to say no. My mom then laid down $80+ on the counter and asked “please just something vanilla” again- and the girl responded “vanilla what” and my mom said “I’m having a bathroom emergency, anything vanilla” and the girl said“no- YOU HAVE TO LEAVE .” Finally a dark haired girl listening in gave my mom the code. My mom used the washroom and CRIED. When she came out a vanilla frap was sitting on the counter with her change.My mom said to the woman behind the cash register a line I think we all can glean from:“Even the Nazis had rules,But imagine if one of them had used their common sense and said “this isn’t right”.My mom was humiliated. This is Absolutely unacceptable.Human decency is everything. This store needs some serious revised training.

Nice enough coffee shop, but certainly could use more space to congregate as groups. Can't say that was the most comfortable. That said, drinks and food are predictable and good expected from a

Portions for food are on the smaller side but drink menu is extensive and good.Vegetarian options: Meatless

This Starbucks has the best customer service in town for any of the coffee shops here in Shorewood. I've been there several times, and the staff is always so kind and upbeat.
