Domino's Pizza - Shippensburg

As always my pizza was great from Dominos, and the service at Shippensburg site was amazing, the staff were super and treats every customer who came while I was very waiting. Thank you to Dominos and keep the great work.

Absolutely incredible customer service!!! Someone stole my card and tried to make a purchase in this store. Due to the protective measures I set up and the quick thinking to the person who answered the phones, I was able to stop the transaction and 2 more like them from other stolen cards. I am very grateful for the answer and understanding of this business!!! I'll meet you when I'm in the area.

Out of state person! Need better management. Ordered two nights in a row first wasn?t so bad but failed nothing major tonight ordered the basics of pizza so wasn?t that hard couldn?t get my sauce so I called and offerd a 10 buck tip just to bring it tome the night manager said he/she would never did after I?ve already paid and me offering extra just for the driver to bring ittoo me! Seems like a lot of children running a company

Placed an on line order @504 pm, said it would arrive at 535pm, arrived at 554, the pizza arrived lukewarm and it looked like it had been sitting a while. Very disappointed

I would definitely recommend dominos simply because of the customer service ;not only was I ordering pizza but when I spoke with him I felt like I knew him lol I spoke with The GM RYAN in I really had to ask for his name because I never received serviceso quick ,easy ,and fast and definitely treated how a customer is suppose to be treated 10/10 i will always come here to get mypizza ;side note spend your money we?re u are appreciated
