Saug.e Cuisine Vegane - Sherbrooke

We had a wonderful brunch at this restaurant with delicious food and incredibly friendly staff. I ordered the Eggs Benedict and my partner had the Chik'n waffles, both of which were fantastic. We enjoyed our meal on the lovely terrace in front of the restaurant, surrounded by beautiful decor. The restroom was impeccably clean. Despite it being a quiet day, the service was excellent. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Sherbrooke, and it's definitely worth a detour for those passing by.

I am always delighted whenever I visit this restaurant. The staff is extremely friendly, the food is delicious, and I adore the atmosphere.

We had a fantastic brunch at SAUG.E! The benedicts and other brunch options were excellent. The daikon bacon on the BLT was especially delicious, and the "egg" was fantastic. The staff was also very good, and they accommodated our lack of French very well.

There are gluten-free options available on the menu. I ordered the soups. When making a reservation, I informed them that I have celiac disease and they took appropriate precautions.
