Costa Coffee has completely lost its original identity, with any signs of its origins being erased by Coca Cola. The expensive coffee now tastes cheap.

Unpleasant and unfriendly staff. Rude service with no friendly demeanor. Disrespectful attitude towards customers, forgetting orders and no apologies from staff...

Actually a decent coffee for a change, 1 toilet for such a large costs was a let down but otherwise plenty of room.

Pleasant early morning welcome from staff made the coffee so much better.
