Noodle Canteen - Shepparton

I went to the restaurant around 11:30am to order two noodles for take out. The man at the cash register charged me $42, which seemed too high. After double checking, I realized the cost should have been $27 for both orders. I asked the cashier why he charged me $42, and he seemed confused about my order. He called his wife over to issue a refund, but they only gave me $13.50 back instead of the $15 I was owed. When I mentioned this to the man, he brushed me off and didn't listen to my request for the remaining $1.50. The woman at the cashier claimed each order was $15, but the price board showed $13.50. She walked away without addressing my concern. The man handed me a dollar coin and quickly thanked me before attending to another customer. I was disappointed with the service as a regular customer and will not be returning. Always double check the amount before paying with your card at this establishment.

I have been a regular customer at Noodle Canteen for a long time and have never had any issues with the food. However, a few days ago, I placed a phone order and went to pick it up. When I arrived, I informed the lady behind the counter about my order, but she seemed confused and told me to wait while they cooked it. I received my order and thought everything was fine. Later, I received a phone call asking me to come pick up my order, even though I had already done so. The person on the phone accused me of lying and became aggressive, ultimately banning me from the restaurant. I believe there was a language barrier, but I think the staff should have listened to me instead of jumping to conclusions. I am upset about the situation as my family and I are regular customers, but I will not be returning after this incident.

I just ordered from this restaurant for the first time tonight using Menulog. I really enjoyed their homemade dim sims and spring rolls.

Ordered this with the intention of only eating some and finishing the rest for dinner

I returned here today after quite a long absence and was reminded of the extensive menu. After ordering some black bean noodles, dim sims and spring rolls, I browsed through a newspaper while they cooked my order so it is definitely fresh when they make it in front of you. The dim sims are a highlight
