Pinky’s And Grill - Sheboygan

I ordered online because it gave me the option when I checked out their menu online and I live close. The server making my food made sure she said loud enough for me to hear “When people make these special requests, I am just going to start saying no.” I asked for no Onions. She wrote me a NOTE on my food saying “Sorry the carmelized onions are part of the sauce. I did the best I could.” If I would have known that was the case, I never would have told her to even sorry about removing the onions at that point because it probably didn’t have the strong onion taste I was trying to avoid. I work in Customer Service and I would have appreciated her just being up front with me about it and not made a rude comment loud enough for the CUSTOMER waiting to hear, I would have definitely gone back because i live so close. I won’t ever go back now and I won’t recommend ever to anyone. Already told 2 friends who live close to not bother checking out the new owners because of terrible service.

Amazing eating, great drinks, great prices. pinky is very personal and bartender jamie is also great. it's been a long time since I saw a owner take care of everyone being happy. will be back.

A thing they need is bush light on tap. Beyond that it is a great place to hang, eat something amazing, and drink a few back. highly recommended, here for bar foods that are better than bar food!

We have ordered to go to eat because of the decommissioning that is going on and eating was amazing. the 3 children's meal were free and our food was still hot when we came back to the city to eat it. the children said that eating was delicious and amazing. the children in which it was very pleased to see a shaft pocket and a toy with sweetness in thier to go boxes. the food was so good, we will reorder definitiw. excellent service from the owner when I arrived to get the food. I recommend pinky’s bar and grill everyone. it was ancient amazing.
