Chili's - Sheboygan Falls

I ordered a Philly cheesesteak with fries. The fries were cold, and the cheesesteak was poorly assembled.

The food was fantastic, as always, but I had a very unpleasant encounter with a younger blonde woman named Lily. She was not friendly at all.

They were amazing! I had a wonderful time, and the staff was incredibly friendly. I absolutely loved it, and the food was excellent!

Horrible experience. We placed a carry out order that included a crispy chicken sandwich. The chicken was so tough that not only could you not bite into it, but you could barely cut it with a knife. We also had a shrimp salad that had pieces of rotten spinach throughout. I called to speak to the manager. The person who answered listened and said he was going to put me on hold to get the manager. After waiting a few minutes, he came back on and said the hold had times out and did I want him to try again. I answered either that or I will go online and write a review explaining how bad this food was. His response was. so you are going online? That is the worst customer service I have had in a long time. Do not bother to go to this restaurant. The food is bad and apparently they do not care.

Quality food, clean establishment, and very friendly staff me and my girlfriend have been going to this place for many years but we are very sad they got rid of the 3 for 10. Thanks a lot Biden
