Best customer service in ohio!! Super wide selection of flavors, and all workers are very friendly and helpful in finding what you need. Couldn't recommend more!!

This place used to be fun until they started charging for every little thing. $20 charge to bring your own alcohol and $15 to watch “Dancers” and they don’t even tell you that you will be charged for that. So if you don’t want to watch “dancers”, you will pay $15 regardless. I would recommend Lava!!

We went there last Sat and wow! The place was rockin'! The owner was extremely charming and fun, he was all smiles the entire night. The crowd was really into the performances, the audience got up to dance and participated a lot. This is the kind of place to go if you want to have fun, dance, smoke hookah, eat some Middle Eastern food. This place is lively. Definitely not the place to go sit with friends, drink beer and watch paint dry. Bring your vivacious friends and party with the bellydancers. Emily and Amirah are often performing and they will make you have so much fun.

Short version: They are trying to scam people. They have posted at the front door that there is no cover charge, after receiving the bill the server informed me that there was a new rule (as of tonight) that they charge $15 cover per person I had 6 people so it would be $90 extra. I ultimately had the surprise charge removed because it was bogus. Long version: I wasn’t going to leave a review for this place because the good and bad kind of equaled eachother out overall.. Great hookas, but terrible service.. great atmosphere, but kind of dingy.. But I’m here leaving a review because they are trying to scam people. This was my first time going so I thoroughly read the sign at the front door stating prices and policies. The two things posted on this sign that matter for this were: “No Cover Charge” “$20 per table”. I came with 5 other friends (6 total) we got 2 hookas with add ons ordered food drinks so I knew the bill would likely be over $100… when I tried to pay they told me that they had a new policy “as of tonight” that they charge $15 a head for entry (a cover charge). I looked at the bill which showed $238.09. I then had to tell the server (who was very nice) I would not be paying an added charge of $15 per person since it is posted at the door saying otherwise. He talked to the manager came back said they would be willing to give me a 50% discount on the surprise charge, I again declined the Spoke with the manager myself and they removed the surprise charge making the bill $129 ish (it’s more than $100 difference because there is also an unmentioned 15% added for groups but that’s typical) When I spoke to the manager he said that he would remove the charge if I promised to leave a review for them specifically told me that it would be no problem if I mentioned this incident in the review so here I am, keeping my word which is something this business is clearly unfamiliar with.

Always have an amazing time here hanging with family and this hookah spot never disappoint us !!!! very clean and professionalism , Only hookah spot in cincinnati that has fun entertainment and atmosphere
