Nordic - Seydisfjordur

We have traveled to many countries / cities that are food capitals in the world and this was by far the BEST restaurant that we have ever!!!!!! From the appetizers, to the sides, to the main courses, to the desserts, everything we tried was phenomenal and the presentation was also amazing. All we wanted was a late evening snack and we ended up ordering more and more food and a five course meal. My husband and I love cooking and we are always able to replicate food from the places we visit, but we will definitely not be able to replicate Nordic Restaurant. The food was magical and the service was great. The atmosphere was also very cozy and felt like we were in someone's home. You also have a good selection of beer and coffee. Not to mention, the location was also great, in downtown Seyðisfjörður. If you are near this city, make it a priority to stop here!!!!! This place really deserves a Michelin star!

Very great coffee, food and water and such a great service. Really cosy atmosphere with nice view over what is going on in the town.

This was definitely THE best place to get coffee in Iceland. The lady behind the counter definitely knew what she was doing and made a perfect bear shape smiley in the coffee. Simply amazing! Would definitely recommend it to anyone that wants to sit and drink : . The muffin was really good as well.
