Restaurant bewertenWe called here a afternoon (at the late afternoon) on the way to our hotel, which was close. we only had cold tapas when the kitchen was closed. the sausages and cheese and ham was great. the sangria was a real witness, not the evil things. with tinted fruits in it, the dame did not speak much English and not much Spanish, but we came by and she was beautiful. we tried to get an early lunch there the next day before we went to the airport, but it was not sadly open.
We ended here late on Thursday, after a long trip and a challenging parking place (under a fairly large car rental in a side entrance to the garage on a very busy 9 foot wide road: stressful.) at this point we were just looking for. a place to eat. the first reasonably looking place was el espigon. I guess we were lucky that was a good place if a bit expensive for sevilla. then again it seems impossible to find bad eating in sevilla at worst, they might overpay something. my wife and I shared a seabread "dorada baked in salt, suggested by the waiter. it was excellent. the proposed wee fit him well. our son had an iberian pork dish and liked it. the waiter spoke English about it and we speak Spanish (i.e. next to no one), but we could understand well enough. at the end of the dinner our son had a pretty deep football conversation with one of them. all in all, a very pleasant culinary experience. when they end here, they go on seafood, couple with one of their Douro Valley whites, they listen to the suggestions of the waiter.
Amazing dinner, very nice service and could not find a better location! best drinks and cocktails in town, highly recommended
Good kitchen, well served and a good place. and the main, the price of quality ratio, reasonably good.
A central place in Sevilla with a varied letter of quality and extraordinary services.
