The Chop House Sevierville

We arrived around 5:30pm on a Friday evening and was not expecting the size of crowd that they had. We started to worry we would be there a while, we had a show to attend at 7:30. The service did not disappoint or let down. Our server was very quick our food arriving less than 15 minutes after ordering, and we had a family of 7. Highly recommend The Chop House! oh and their onion rings? WOW! You can tell they take absolute pride in their onion rings! They're the biggest I've ever seen too!

My ribeye was perfectly cooked. Getting someone to take the order by phone was the only struggle of this meal. It was ready on time and packaged well for a to go order. Had I not been there on vacation I would be ordering from here again tonight. Excellent job kitchen!

As always never disappointed visiting here! The rosemary chicken was delicious the baked potato was awesome not too dry with just the right amount of toppings. The broccoli was steamed to perfection.

This is a great place set inside the Mall. There is inside and outside seating. Service is great. The Bar tender Meg, was friendly and attentive. Drinks always full and food was fresh and cooked correctly. Will be back! The picture is all that’s left of 12oz of Lamb! mmmmmmm Good!

We called at 430pm for a 630 reservation Saturday the 27th. The party was for 2. We were not sat until 705p. It seems they lost us and one other couple on the reservation list. By far the worst experience we have had with this Chop House. The hosts were little to no help in properly communicating as to manage expectations. The ONLY reason for the high rating is the server, Kelly. We did not disclose the issue to her. Her service was excellent!!! She was knowledgeable, timely, and personable. Excellent service recovery and she didn’t even know it. I expect a response that this message was relayed to the appropriate person.
