We were disappointed that their Monkey Bread isn't actually Monkey Bread, and more like a very dry cinnamon roll with frosting. Other than that, everything else was great!

Waffles weren’t cooked due to a broken machine, and when we asked for a different item they really wanted us to have the waffles still? We did but they still weren’t very good. They comped a plate of waffles but I wish they had just had us order something else as soon as there was a problem.

Our server was wonderful and knowledgeable, efficiently getting our order. The food came quickly and was delicious.

We love this restaurant. Its location, atmosphere, energy, the patrons, and the service! Wonderful. Eddie B was a rockstarl. It made my day for Eddie to arrive at our table and say, Hello darlings! We felt special and at home. All perfect. My shrimp and grits were insane and I nearly licked the bowl!! Amazing. Keep doing what you 're doing friends!!!

They never disappoint. Great food, prompt consistent service, and a wonderful neighborhood gathering place. I highly recommend.
