Restaurant bewertenThe smoky flavor of the fish is prominent but does not overshadow its freshness. The spicy poke is bold and flavorful. Overall, it is excellent.
The food at this restaurant is incredible and provides a great selection of local seafood options. The catches are fresh from the boat and there is a wide variety of dishes to choose from. Many of the menu items are influenced by Asian cuisine. It was difficult to decide on just one dish, so we tried a few different options and were not disappointed in any of them.
The poke at this restaurant is pretty good with a wide selection of at least 6 kinds to choose from. The rice had an excellent temperature and texture. We tried the taku, salmon, and tuna, with the octopus being particularly tender. However, we felt that the tuna and salmon could have used more soy or spicy flavor. Our major disappointment was that even with a three poke combo, you only get to choose one side dish. We tried the Mac, which was pretty good, but wished we could have tried the other sides.
Visited seattle for the weekend and this place was on the top of my bucket list. I ordered the poke bowl with spicy salmon and shoyu ahi tuna with a side of mac salad. The fish was really fresh and you can definitely taste the difference from your average poke shop! I usually am not a huge fan of tuna but decided to try it out and I think it might've been better than the salmon! The shoyu flavor was really strong (in a good way) and eating it with some hot rice was the perfect bite. The salmon wasn't as spicy as I thought it would be, felt a little bland, but the quality of fish was still amazing. Service was quick and friendly and there's a good amount of outdoor seating too. Definitely recommend checking this place out!
Avocado tuna poke was my fav, but I still like 45th st better
